The easiest way to put Google +1 Button and many more other social bookmark in Joomla content

Step 3: Paste the code of Addthis inside the Multiads plugin and Voila, you have Google +1 button, Facebook send, Facebook like and many more other social bookmarks from Addthis.
With Multiads plugin, you can put the Google +1 button and other social bookmark in top, bottom of Joomla content. With OpenGlobal Random Ad Inserter plugin, the button will appear randomly inside your content.
